Online Access and Services Survey

In responding to the Covid-19 emergency, in line with NHS guidance, we continue to operate a total triage system. This means that you will not be able to book an appointment directly, without previous assessment by a doctor. Although you are not able to book appointments directly without speaking to a doctor first, we continue to deliver appointments over the telephone, video, and, when appropriate, face-to-face.

When you need to see or speak to a doctor, we have asked you to start the consultation online using DoctorLink.

When appropriate you will have a telephone or video consultation with a doctor who will assess what is most appropriate for you and will ask you to visit the practice for a face-to-face appointment when clinically necessary

We would appreciate your feedback to understand your experience of accessing the practice and its services at this time.

Please answer the following questions by ticking one of the boxes below.

If possible, please use the comment line to support your answer so we can use your feedback to review and improve our services.
