COVID-19 Ways of Working Survey
In responding to the COVID-19 emergency, we have changed the way we manage incoming patients’ calls and requests.
As you might have experienced, in the past few weeks our phones have been fully managed by our GPs who in most cases are able to respond immediately to the patient’s request.
This way of working was initially adopted because we found ourselves with NO receptionists for a few days. However, we felt this worked so efficiently in the current circumstances that we decided to continue for the length of the COVID-19 crisis.
